Because all UDSS RAID Subsystems must pass a 48 Hour 100% Duty Cycle Burn In Process before delivery, together with the fact that all systems are Built to Order (BTO), therefore, Legacy proudly offers a Complimentary Factory Pre-Configuration Service to customers at no extra charge.

We'll use the customer's requested configuration as follows during our Burn In Process including:

• RAID Level(s)
• Hot Spare Disk(s)
• RAID Set(s) Partitionings
• Drive Channel(s)
• Host Channel(s)
• Drive to Host Channel Mappings

By utilizing this powerful and unique feature, the customer can receive a pre-configured RAID Subsystem with their preferred setup. Simply connect to the server(s) via SCSI or Fibre Channel and format the RAID like another large external Hard Disk on the SCSI Bus or Fibre Channel Loop.

This unique service can save the customer many hours of installation time.
