EmailArchive (E/A) is an easy to use and cost-effective e-mail archive and management solution. Through automated message migration rules, e-mails and attachments are moved from primary mail servers to Snap and/or Guardian Server(s), creating one centralized e-mail pool. As a result, E/A frees up space and resources on overloaded mail servers as well as end-users' local drives. With E/A, users can access archived messages via shortcuts without IT intervention or special training. Messages which have been deleted from the user's mailbox can still be restored. EmailArchive supports both Microsoft Exchange and Lotus Notes/Domino servers. In addition, E/A integrates seamlessly with the DiskXtender ® Appliance Edition software, allowing multiple Snap Servers and Guardian Servers to be aggregated, providing scalability to the virtual storage pool.
